Charge and prepare.
Use the included USB cable, then remove the protective base cover before use.

Keep the disc and glass clean. Switch it on and bring the whole disc into contact with the frost.

Does it melt ice with heat?
Frovelis uses a spinning disc to scrape ice. It is not a heater and does not melt ice with heat.
What about very thick ice?
Run your car's defroster first, then work gently in sections. Do not force the device.
How do I charge it?
Use the included USB cable and follow the product instructions. Runtime varies with conditions and use.
Can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
Could it scratch the glass?
The plastic disc is designed to remove ice without scratching glass when used correctly. Keep both surfaces free of sand and grit and avoid excessive force.
